All artists are familiar with the energy of spirited young people full of promise, with their heads full of ideas, feeling capable of embarking on creations that require energy, time and dedication, which can slowly be dulled by the passing years. This was the case with Charles Menge, who in his younger years created murals of varying sizes in different locations.
